Sheriff's Office Launches Free 9-1-1 Cell Phone Program

Anyone with old cell phones can take them to the Sheriff's Office, the PA Library or KONP, the phones will be reconditioned and distributed free to Senior Citizens, those who live alone, crime victims and anyone who may not have a way to reach 911 during an emergency. When dropping off your phone, please include any cases, chargers or extra batteries. All contributions are tax deductible. Other drop off locations include the Sequim Library and Clallam Bay Library.
