PA, Sequim square off in baseball and fastpitch

(Port Angeles) -- The Port Angeles Roughrider boys wound up the high school baseball season by beating Sequim 13-5 under the lights at Civic Field Monday.

Port Angeles scored six runs in the first two iinnings and six runs in the sixth frame to get the win. The Rider jvs beat Sequim 9-7 in Sequim.

Port Angeles girlstook a 2-0 win on the fast pitch diamond against the Wolves as Stacy Webb hurled a five-hit shutout.

The Port Angeles and Sequim baseball food drive was a huge success and resulted in a truck load of food to be taken to the food bank Tuesday.
