(Belfair) -- The Olympic League track and field championship meet opened with a few finals and preliminaries Thursday at North Mason High in Belfair.

In girls results, PA's Shelby Napiontek finished second in the high jump and Lauren Garrett of Sequim was third.

Audrey Lichten of Sequim was third in the 3,200 meter run final.

In boys results, PA's John Christian was 4th in the 3,200 meter run and Spencer Moorman was third in the shot put event.

David Copeland of Sequim was second in the pole vault at 12' 6" while Adam Raemer of Port Angeles was third at 12 feet even.Rex Ingalls of Sequim was s6th in the long jump final.

All other events will be contested Saturday beginning at 11 a.m.
