Sequim gets athletes in state track

(Belfair) -- Sequim qualified four athletes to the state 2A track and field meet in the first day of the two-day West Central District track and field meet at North Mason Wednesday.

Anna LeBeaume won the shot put and Josh Fodge the high jump for the Wolves. Audrey Lichten was second int he 1,600 run and San Whiteside was second in the pole vault. The Wolves boys 400 relay team was third as the top three in each final qualify for state next week.

The meet continues today at North Mason.
