Clallam PUD reports wide spread power outages

(Port Angeles) -- Clallam PUD officials have no estimate on when power will be restored to wide spread areas across the county.
Dispatchers say all crews are working to resolve the various problems.
If your power is currently out, they suggest you make preparations to be without power through the night.
Some of the affected areas include both Lake Crescent and Sutherland, plus the Dry Creek and Lower Elwha areas west of Port Angeles.
Other areas without electricity include the O'Brien Rd, Deer Park, Mount Pleasant and Monroe Rd areas.
There's no power in the Freshwater Bay and Joyce-Piedmont areas, plus numerous other roads off of Highway 112.
Additional outages include Mount Angeles, Old Mill and Black Diamond Road south of Port Angeles.
The power is out in the Happy Valley and Taylor Cutoff areas of Sequim.
Electricity is out on Barr and Lewis Rd in the Agnew area.
Other areas without juice include 4 Seasons Park and Twin Firs Estates.
All PUD crews are working to restore power as soon as possible.
Power has been restored to the Dry Creek Water District facilities.
Water customers were advised to restrict their water usage earlier today, but PUD crews were able to get the power back on to the district's pumps this afternoon.
The US Postal Service is delivering mail today, but officials are asking residents to clear a path to their mailbox.
