21 percent of PA Tech Levy ballots back

(Port Angeles) -- More than a fifth of the ballots issued for the Port Angeles Technology Levy have been returned.
On Wednesday, the Clallam County Auditor's office received another 627 ballots.
It brings the total returned to 39-hundred-45 or about 21 and a half percent.
Ballots must be postmarked or returned to the courthouse before
8 p.m. on May 20th.
