No entrance fees into Hurricane Ridge

March 19th, 2010 - 2:47am

(Port Angeles) -- Olympic National Park is waiving entrance fees into Hurricane Ridge for the next two weekends.

ONP superintendent Karen Gustin says the park wants to help celebrate the opening of the road after a landslide closed it for more than a month earlier this winter.

The fee waive coincides with special events planned by the Hurricane Ridge Winter Sports Club including the" Brad Stenger Memorial Citizen Races" for downhill skiers this weekend.
