(Port Angeles) -- A Port Angeles school is getting money from an investment giant.
But it's not for a good run on stocks, it's for kids putting in a good run outside.
Financial services company I-N-G is giving Roosevelt Elementary School a $2,000 grant.
Roosevelt will use the money for an eight-week running program. At the end, the school will hold a running event in celebration of the students' achievements.
The school is one of 60 recipients of grants in the company's program aimed at getting kids moving. Specifically the money went to elementary and middle schools that developed running programs.
