Clallam election turnout nearly 81 percent, next count Friday

(Port Angeles) -- Clallam County saw another 23-hundred-43 General Election ballots returned today.
Auditor Patty Rosand say there are now 38-thousand-181 ballots returned from the 47-thousand-157 voters in Clallam County -- boosting the return rate to almost 81 percent.
The next scheduled update of results will be by 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
