(Port Angeles) -- The man accused of a bulldozer rampage in Port Angeles in May will be back in court next month.

51-year-old Barry Swegle is held on a million dollars bail in the Clallam County Jail.

He has pleaded not guilty to one count of first-degree assault with a deadly weapon, four counts of first-degree burglary with a deadly weapon and four counts of malicious mischief.

Prosecutors allege Swegle damaged four homes with a piece of logging equipment, triggered by a long-standing property dispute with a neighbor.

A status hearing is scheduled for July 19th in Clallam County Superior Court.
