Multiple arrests in Port Angeles burglary spree

Port Angeles - - During the last two weeks the Port Angeles Police Department and other area law enforcement agencies have responded to an unusually high number of residential and commercial burglaries, where items taken included several firearms.
Three people were taken into custody this week by the Port Angeles Police Department, for their alleged connection to one of these burglaries.
The investigation of these burglaries eventually led detectives to arrest 41-year old Holly Baker, of Port Angeles, 19-year old Addison Gale-Romack of Port Angeles and 31-year old Mark Keend of Port Angeles.
Gale-Romack and Keend are facing multiple charges including Burglary, Theft, Forgery and Identity Theft. Gale-Romack, is being held without bond, and currently faces 31 charges, while Keend, is being held on $35,000 bond, and faces 10 charges.
Port Angeles deputy police chief Brian Smith, says that the public can assist in preventing burglaries simply by reporting suspicious activity when they see it.
Businesses and homeowners are asked to immediately report to law enforcement any suspicious persons or vehicles seen around their business or in their neighborhood.
