Rider boys lose to Olympic

Port Angeles (5-4, 7-4) fell from a tie for third to a tie for fourth place in the Olympic League standings as the Olympic Trojans (6-3, 8-5) took an 81-59 win.

Olympic hosts Sequim Friday and will be out to take second from the Wolves.

Olympic took a 21-16 first period lead and led 40-31 at halftime. PA never could get closer than nine the rest of the way and the Trojans opened up a wide margin in the last period.

Olympic got 14 each from, Kyle Setten and Jumier Johnson, wikth 13 from Malleb McInnis. The Riders were led by Lambrose Rogers with 14 off the bench.

PA is now tied at 5-4 with Kingston for the fourth spot to district in February and will travel to North Mason Friday.
