(Port Angeles) Fire caused about 50-thousand dollars damage to a home in the Four Seasons Park area.

The fire broke out about 1:45 Saturday afternoon at 22 Rosewood Lane.

Clallam Fire District Two crews found the single story residence with light smoke showing from the exterior and heavy black smoke from the interior when they arrived.

The fire was out within minutes. Crews say the home owner stated that he had only been away from the residence for about 90 minutes, he noticed the smoke after returning home and opening his garage door.

The fire apparently started in the main living room and burned hot enough to breach the floor and char the floor joist. There was also extensive smoke damage through the house.

Fire District 2 Investigators determined the fire started with some electrical components in a TV/Entertainment center. They were unable to pin it down to a specific component due to the extensive fire damage.
