Yesterday, the board will selected two semi-finalists for a new superintendent. The board didn't release the names of the finalists after emerging from an executive session yesterday. Current Superintendent, Dr. Jane Pryne, will be stepping down this June.
On Thursday night, the board will conduct another meeting to review the bid of an architectural firm, selected.
McGranahan Architects are based in Tacoma, They will work with the board to establish preferences for the new building's size and features. Once those decisions are made, the board will later decide on how much money to ask from voters in a bond measure that could come next year.
