(Port Angeles) – A Port Angeles man was sentenced to serve 24 months probation on July 10th in another OPNET heroin case.
20-year-old Beau J. Silvas pled guilty April 24th to two counts of Delivery of Heroin and one count of Possession of Heroin.
A third count of Delivery of Heroin was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
Silva's guilty plea was the result of an OPNET investigation during which OPNET developed probable cause to believe that Silvas delivered heroin to OPNET on three separate occasions.
Officers also located additional heroin during the execution of a narcotics search warrant at a Port Angeles motel where Silvas was arrested.
